Returns Policy
We offer refunds and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Before purchasing please read these policies carefully to understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.
Refunds will be paid back in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the purchase.
We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items due to the courier's negligence, unless insurance to cover your order is purchased. We take care to ensure that all our items are securely packed.
If you do receive your item damaged please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include in your email your order number, photos of the damaged item/s and a brief description.
CHANGE OF MIND
Due to these items being custom made, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind.
All sales are final.
